With a background in Site Merchandising I combine art & science to look at your site from a customer’s point of view, use a creative mindset, and make data backed decisions to refresh your site and meet your business goals.

Having worked at micro and enterprise businesses, I am intimately familiar with the operations of e-commerce teams at various levels. In all works I do, I consider the ongoing maintenance of your team to ensure you can run your business without engineering overhead.

What’s a Mollylope?

Back in 2004, when I was 12 years, old there was a site called NeoPets. To sign up I needed to create my first email address. There was a “NeoPet” called a “Lupe”. When creating my email I miss-spelled it as “Lope”. This was the start of my digital journey. From creating HTML pages, to an online digital shop, I caught the digital bug on NeoPets and my online persona “Mollylope” was born.

How will you help my e-commerce business grow?

I focus on how to drive order conversion & user retention once a customer lands on your site. I will work with your brand’s specific needs to unlock opportunities to get users to check out, and keep coming back. To unlock traffic growth I can work on optimizing your your SEO, social media, email, and display media strategies, but also can refer you to consultants who specialize in this space.

What makes you different than other e-commerce consultants?

My entire professional career has been in e-commerce. From website management, affiliate, social, email, and display marketing, site merchandising, designing and launching new features, retention, loyalty, mobile apps, and site redesigns I’ve done it all. I understand the needs of business users and what operational efficiency looks like. I am passionate about using data along with a creative mindset to optimize e-commerce experiences while streamlining your team’s processes & tools used.
